If you cancel
- More than 14 days before the experience: 90% refund (10% covers non-recoverable vendor deposits and processing).
- 7 to 14 days before: 50% refund.
- Less than 7 days before: no refund — at this point, restaurants, boats, and drivers are already booked and paid.
To cancel, email hello@3islandhopping.com or message us on WhatsApp. The cancellation is effective from the time we acknowledge receipt.
If we cancel
If we cancel for any reason within our control (e.g. a vendor we rely on becomes unavailable and no acceptable alternative can be arranged), you receive a full 100% refund.
Weather
The islands are in a hurricane zone and weather can shift quickly. Our policy:
- If the ferry or boat cannot safely operate, we reschedule to another day within your stay at no cost.
- If rescheduling isn't possible because you're leaving, you receive a 100% refund.
- Rain alone doesn't cancel the day — most of the experience happens regardless. We'll discuss with you the morning of.
No-shows
If you don't arrive at the agreed pickup time and we can't reach you within 45 minutes, the booking is treated as a no-show. No refund applies.
Force majeure
Events beyond our reasonable control (natural disasters, government restrictions, airport closures, pandemics) trigger a reschedule offer within 12 months. If reschedule isn't feasible, a 100% refund applies.
Refund processing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe. Processing typically takes 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
