Logistics

Can we really visit all three islands in one day? +
Yes. We've done it hundreds of times. The trick is transfer timing, pre-cleared customs, and restaurants that hold tables for us. Without those three, a three-island day collapses by noon.
Which island do we start from? +
Any of them. Most of our guests start from St Barth or St Martin because flights land there. If you're in Anguilla, we come to you. Tell us where you're staying and we build the day outward.
What documents do we need? +
A passport valid for at least 6 months. Most US, EU, UK, and Canadian travelers do not need visas for any of the three islands. We send a precise document checklist 2 weeks before your day.
How long does a full day take? +
Typically 11–13 hours door to door. A 7:30am pickup and a drop-off between 8pm and 10pm depending on where dinner is.

Booking & payment

How does payment work? +
Once we confirm availability, we send you a secure Stripe payment link. You pay 100% at booking. Your card is charged only when you click the link — nothing is charged for sending a request.
Can I pay a deposit instead of the full amount? +
For VIP and custom packages over $3,000 total, we accept a 50% deposit with balance due 7 days before. For Essential and Premium, we require full payment to lock in vendors.
Which currencies do you accept? +
USD, EUR, and GBP via Stripe. Your card is charged in your local currency at Stripe's mid-market rate.

Cancellations & weather

What happens if the weather is bad? +
If conditions prevent the ferry from running or a hurricane warning is active, we reschedule within your stay at no extra cost. If rescheduling isn't possible, we issue a full refund.
What if I need to cancel? +
More than 14 days out: 90% refund. 7–14 days: 50% refund. Less than 7 days: no refund (we've already paid vendors). Full policy on the cancellation page.
What if one vendor fails on the day? +
We carry a list of backup vendors for every slot. If a restaurant double-books or a boat has a mechanical issue, we reroute within 30 minutes. If we can't, you get a partial refund on the affected portion.

On the day

What should we wear? +
Swimwear, a cover-up, sandals, and something slightly dressier for sunset dinner. We send a full packing list 48 hours before.
Can we bring kids? +
Yes. Let us know ages when booking and we adapt the boat, pace, and restaurants. Children under 3 travel free.
What if someone gets seasick? +
We carry over-the-counter motion pills on every boat. If it's severe, we can swap the sea transfer for a small-plane hop between St Barth and St Martin (extra cost, but fast).
Is the itinerary fixed or can we change things mid-day? +
Flexible within reason. You want to swim longer? Stay on the beach for one more drink? Skip dinner for sushi in Gustavia instead? Tell us and we adjust. The only fixed points are the ferry windows.
