How it works

How do I get started? +
Tell us your dates, your party and what you're picturing for the stay. We reply within 2 hours with a proposal. Once you approve, we book and confirm everything: drivers, boats, restaurants, chef, villa, the lot.
Do you handle everything or just parts of it? +
Whatever you want. Some guests ask only for a private boat day. Others ask us to handle the entire stay from airport pickup to departure. We work both ways.
What's a typical stay shape? +
A 5-day stay in St Martin with two private boat days built in, one to Anguilla, one to St Barth. In between, rest days on your home beach. Longer stays can include a villa chef night, a helicopter to St Barth, or a yacht day.
Which island should we use as our base? +
Most travelers base in St Martin because flights land at SXM. Some choose St Barth for the scene. Anguilla works for quiet-first stays. Tell us where you're staying and we build outward.
What documents do we need? +
A passport valid for at least 6 months. Most US, EU, UK and Canadian travelers do not need visas for any of the three islands. We send a precise document checklist 2 weeks before arrival.

Working with us

How far in advance should we reach out? +
Two to three weeks ahead for shoulder months. Two to three months for Christmas, New Year and February. The best villas and tables book up first.
Do you give quotes upfront? +
No public price lists. Every stay is bespoke. We send a detailed quote with line items after we understand what you want. No surprises after.
How do payments work? +
Once you approve the proposal, we send a secure Stripe link. Most stays are 50% to confirm, balance 7 days before arrival. Larger or simpler bookings can be 100% upfront.
Which currencies do you accept? +
USD, EUR and GBP via Stripe. Your card is charged in your local currency at the mid-market rate.

Weather, kids, the unexpected

What if the weather is bad? +
If conditions stop the boat or helicopter from running safely, we reschedule to another day of your stay at no extra cost. If rescheduling isn't possible, we issue a full refund for that portion.
What if I need to cancel? +
More than 14 days out: 90% refund. 7-14 days: 50% refund. Less than 7 days: no refund (we have already paid vendors). Full policy on the cancellation page.
What if a vendor fails on the day? +
We carry backup options for every slot. If a restaurant double-books or a boat has a mechanical issue, we reroute within 30 minutes. If we cannot, you get a partial refund on the affected portion.
Can we bring kids? +
Yes. Tell us ages and we adapt the boat, the pace, the restaurants and the villa. Car seats fitted in the Mercedes vans, kid menus pre-discussed.
Can we change things mid-stay? +
Flexible within reason. Add a last-minute boat day, swap a restaurant, take a rest day instead. Tell us, we adjust.
