1. Who we are
3 Island Hopping ("we", "us", "our") is a concierge service organizing island hopping experiences across St Barth, St Martin/Sint Maarten, and Anguilla. Legal entity details and registration number will be added here once finalized.
2. What you're booking
When you submit a booking request, you're asking us to assemble a multi-vendor travel experience on your behalf. Nothing is charged and no services are reserved until you explicitly confirm a proposal and complete payment via our secure payment link.
3. Payment
- All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.
- Payment is processed via Stripe. We do not store card details.
- Most stays require a 50% deposit at confirmation, with the balance due 7 days before arrival.
- Smaller or simpler bookings may require full payment upfront to lock in vendors. Terms specified in your proposal.
4. Your responsibilities
- Valid passport and any required visas, you confirm these before the day.
- Accurate group count, dietary needs, and accessibility requirements at booking.
- Arriving at the agreed pickup location at the agreed time.
5. Our responsibilities
- Assembling the day as described in your confirmed proposal.
- Communicating changes via WhatsApp or email within 2 hours.
- Carrying backup vendors for each slot and rerouting if one fails.
6. Liability
We coordinate third-party vendors (restaurants, boat operators, drivers). Their operation and safety is their own responsibility. We carry professional liability insurance; details available on request. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the experience.

8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated to existing bookings by email. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction to be finalized]. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
