What we collect
When you submit a booking request or contact us, we collect: name, email, phone number, travel dates, group size, dietary or accessibility needs, and any additional notes you share.
When you pay, Stripe processes your card details directly. We never see or store them — we only receive confirmation of payment and the last 4 digits for our records.
Our website uses minimal cookies for site functionality and anonymized analytics. We do not use advertising trackers.
How we use it
- To organize and deliver your booked experience.
- To communicate with you about your booking via email and WhatsApp.
- To share necessary details with the specific vendors serving you (e.g. dietary needs to the restaurant).
- To comply with tax and record-keeping obligations.
Who we share it with
- Vendors directly serving your booking (restaurant, boat operator, driver).
- Our payment processor (Stripe) and our email provider (Resend).
- Our bookkeeping software and accountant.
- Authorities if legally required.
We never sell your data to third parties.
Your rights
Under GDPR and similar regulations, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your data, and to object to certain processing. Email privacy@3islandhopping.com to exercise any of these.
Data retention
Booking records: 10 years (tax obligation). Marketing contact lists: until you unsubscribe. Analytics: aggregated and anonymized, kept indefinitely.
Transfers
Your data may be processed in the EU, US, or the Caribbean (where our operations are based). Stripe and Resend are GDPR-compliant processors.
